Marble Factory
The marble factory occupies a total area of 4,224 square meters and is equipped with advanced machinery to support efficient stone processing and high-quality production. The facility includes two gang saw machines for cutting large marble blocks into slabs, an automatic polishing line to achieve superior surface finishing, and two monofilo machinesdesigned for precise block cutting. In addition, the factory operates four bridge cutting machines for accurate slab sizing and shaping, as well as three split-face machines used to create textured finishes suitable for decorative and architectural applications. Together, this range of equipment enables the factory to handle various stages of marble processing with productivity, precision, and consistent quality.
The Granite Factory
The granite factory covers a total area of 3,036 square meters and is equipped with a range of specialized machinery designed to support efficient granite processing and high-quality finishing. The facility includes five granite sawing machines for cutting granite blocks into slabs, along with two manual cutting machines that provide flexibility for customized and precise cutting operations. In addition, the factory operates one automatic cutting machine that enhances productivity and ensures consistent accuracy in slab sizing.
For surface finishing, the factory is equipped with one polishing machine with 20 heads (full option), enabling high-quality polishing and superior surface finishing for granite slabs. The production line also includes a tumbling machine, which is used to create textured and antiqued finishes, adding aesthetic value to the final products. Together, this advanced equipment allows the factory to manage multiple stages of granite processing efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and precision.
The factory occupies a total area of 7,488.9 square meters and is equipped with a comprehensive range of modern machinery to support efficient stone processing and high quality production. the facility includes six sawing machines for cutting stone blocks into slabs and one polishing machine with 24 heads (full option).Which ensures a high quality surface finish and consistent polishing results.
The Third Factory
The factory is equipped with an automatic cutting machine to improve productivity and precision in slab sizing, and a flaming machine that creates textured, non-slip surfaces suitable for outdoor and architectural uses. The production line also includes two split-face machines for producing natural, rough stone finishes used in decorative cladding. Additionally, the factory has a cube-making machine for paving cubes, a bevel finishing machine for edge finishing and detailing, and a manual cutting machine for customized or specialized cutting tasks.
